The Biennale of Young Artists, Tallinn 2007 has been commissioned and produced by the Center for Contemporary Arts, Estonia.

The independent NGO, Biennale of Young Artists, has also initiated a international project entitled Public Preparation in parallel with the exhibition. Public Preparation has been realised by Rael Artel and Airi Triisberg, and as a project will exist as part of the exhibition via the Public Preparation Social Club (PPSC), a space for comment, contextualizing and problematizing the key concepts and issues of the biennale.
